Executive Head ChefJohn leads the Organica kitchen with two decades of fine dining behind him, including stints at some of Edinburgh's most decorated kitchens. He believes flavour starts at the farm gate and writes every menu around the British growing calendar.
Chef Sofia Ricci
Pastry and Desserts ChefSofia trained in Florence before moving to London a decade ago. Her pastry section is the calm heart of the kitchen, turning out plates that balance tradition with quiet, modern restraint.
Chef Marcus Webb
Sous ChefMarcus joined Organica four years ago and has shaped our zero-waste programme from day one. He champions whole-vegetable cookery and our seasonal vegetable tasting menu is largely his work.
